A two-story living room
The living room rises two stories to a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Remote-controlled blinds cover the tall windows. The kitchen has big granite counters, and the dining table seats eight plus the counter.
The lower level is its own world: a living room with a smart TV, a 12-foot shuffleboard table, Golden Tee, a two-person arcade table, a poker table and a beer fridge. Sliders open to a covered Trex patio with a propane fire table.
Twelve Boulder Lake Club passes
The host includes 12 club passes in summer: the heated pool on the lake, the beach, ping pong, volleyball, basketball, tennis, cornhole and bocce. The club is about two-thirds of a mile away.
Golden Tee and a 12-foot shuffleboard
The lower level has the arcade machines, the shuffleboard table, a poker table and a beer fridge.
A fire table on the patio
A propane fire table and Adirondack seats under the covered patio, usable in any season.
