These terms come from the booking calendar itself, checked October 14, 2026. The checkout page repeats them for your dates.
Payment
Pay 60% when you book and 40% 90 days before check-in. Inside 90 days, the full amount is due at booking. Lake Front, Lake Naomi collects its balance 45 days out.
Cancellation
Full refund until 90 days before check-in, then 50% until 30 days before. No refund inside 30 days.

Full refund within 24 hours of booking when you book 15 or more days ahead, or until 90 days before check-in. No 50% step.
Security deposit
None.
Service fee
None when you book here.
Taxes
6% Pennsylvania hotel tax plus 3.5% hotel occupancy tax, shown in the total before you pay.
Discounts
Most homes take 5% to 10% off weekly stays and 10% to 20% off 28-night stays. A few homes have no long-stay discount.
