Game room

Three floors, so nobody is on top of anyone

The main floor has the primary suite, the kitchen, dining and the first living room under a 20-foot ceiling with a gas fireplace. The deck off the dining room has seating and overlooks the tennis and pickleball courts.

Upstairs has two bedrooms, a loft and a full bath. The lower level has two more bedrooms, a bath, laundry and the second living room with air hockey, shuffleboard and foosball.

Boulder Lake Club, included in summer

The host includes Boulder Lake Club passes for 12 in summer: a sandy beach, a heated pool on the lake, tennis, basketball, ping pong and picnic tables. Boat rentals are extra.

A lower-level game room

Air hockey, a shuffleboard table and foosball, a big sectional and a stack of board games. It has its own sliders out to a covered seating area.

Ski Big Boulder from a third of a mile away

Big Boulder ski and tube area is a short drive from the door. Jack Frost, its sister mountain, is a little farther up the road.
