Everyone checks in at the club office for a daily wristband and signs a release. The host says passes come with the home; the club also sells renter passes, so confirm the count with Amy.

Lake Harmony Estates
The Estates beach on Lake Harmony
Lake Harmony Estates owners run a private beach on the south side of the lake, open Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. Guests use the beach badges the owner provides.
Weekday hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, with later hours on summer Fridays and Saturdays. There is a roped swim area with a floating dock, plus tennis and shuffleboard courts. No dogs on the beach. Community quiet hours run 11 PM to 7 AM, and fireworks are banned.
Lake Harmony itself
Lake Harmony is a private, non-navigable lake. Most of the lakebed belongs to the Lake Harmony Group, which issues boat permits.
Renters can only get a permit with the owner’s approval, and never for jet skis. The easy way onto the water is a rental or a captained ride.
