A family room, a game room and a big back yard
The family room has vaulted ceilings, a real wood-burning fireplace and plenty of sofa space. The kitchen seats eight and comes with slow cookers, stock pots and a 12-cup drip coffee maker. The primary bedroom is on the first floor with its own bath access.
Upstairs, the landing is a gaming nook with about 2,000 retro games on a big screen. The back yard is large and grassy, with a Solo Stove fire pit, string lights and a screened porch with a gas grill.

The old garage is now a game room with a 9-foot Brunswick pool table, darts, an oversized Connect 4, ring toss, a smart TV and a mini fridge.
Hot tub for seven, behind a privacy screen
Step out the game room French doors and you are at the tub. It runs all year.
