The place was beautiful the hosts were accommodating and communicated well. We booked this for a girls weekend and it was very cozy. Plenty of space to cook, share meals, play board games and watch movies together.

Had a lovely after-Thanksgiving meetup with extended family. The house was perfect for accomidating kids and adults alike, everyone felt comfortbale. Nice area, access to activities like outlets, sking and waterpark. Bedding was comfortable and overall it really felt like a home away from home. Would love to see this place in different seasons!

my family and I had a very nice stay! The house was exactly from the pictures - super cozy and we felt right at home. We loved the fireplace in the living room. We did not have hot water but Amy was very fast to answer our texts and resolved the problem.

We loved our getaway to the Love Shack! It was the perfect retreat in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of wildlife and great restaurants close by. We also loved staying in the cozy home to utilize the gas fireplace, hot tub, fire pit and game room! The home was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

I literally lost count how many times my family and I have stayed at Lake top Lodge. Literally it’s like a home away from home at this point even my dogs walk in lay right down on their beds like they know it’s chill time. This past weekend was extra special because my six-year-old wanted to go to the mountains for his birthday. We had a blast and invited his cousins over who live up the mountains who we don’t always see that this sing happy birthday at the enormous kitchen table, and of course it fit everyone.. we love this house! hope to see you when it snows!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here this past weekend for our wedding anniversary. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. We enjoyed not one but two meals at Nicks Lake House right around the corner. So delicious! Seen lots of deer around the front yard. Very peaceful neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend staying here and will return in the future!

Our stay was AMAZING!!! Our host was beyond our expectations as was the house! It is decorated perfectly, and it is so clean!! We rented this house for a very special occasion, and it was the extra icing on the cake. I really can't say enough, we were definitely wowed! Clearly from my excessive use of exclamation points we were delighted, with everything!! Thank you so much, truly.

The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring Pocono Pines and the surrounding area. If I return to Pocono Pines, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

A++++ THANK YOU AMY & STEPHEN! Thank you for sharing your LOVE SHACK with us! We had the most amazing week! Your place was clean & has absolutely lovely decor! The location is so convenient to enjoy the landscape! We will absolutely be back again! Day 1: We were able to feed the local deer carrots as we walked down to Rick’s Lake House Restaurant. Had a fabulous meal overlooking the water. Headed to Jim Thorpe for the Fall Festival. Took a tour of the Old Jail Museum. So much history there! Once we got back we rented The Molly Maguires movie! After visiting Jim Thorpe’s resting point we headed back to Rick’s for another amazing meal! Day 2: Visited the stunning "mountain of mums" at Ott's Exotic Plants in Schwenksville. Went to Hickory Run Boulder Field in Lake Harmony. Grabbed a great meal at Boulder View Tavern in Lake Harmony overlooking the water & after walked around Split Rock Resort. Day 3: Walked to The Hub for some firewood, snacks & virtual golf. On our way back was able to
